• Is the villa directly managed by the owners?
  

Yes, it is. Indeed, Liliana masieri lives in an outbuilding detached from the villa in the park

• How far is the city of Arezzo?
  

Arezzo city centre  is , about 1 km 10( minutes walk)far from the villa .

• Do I need to have / rent a car?
  

is not necessary because you can take advantage of our extra services (transfers, tours etc….)

• Where can I rent a car?
  

Don't worry: all main international rent-a-car companies have a branch in Arezzo.

• Is the villa set in a private and quiet area?
  

Yes, it is. Our farmstead is located on a hilly overlooking the city of Arezzo, surrounded by a private park and forest of 10 acres, a perfect relaxation, you can experience the Tuscany country within the city.

• Where does the check-in take place?
  

The meeting point is at the villa. Once you get through the simple check-in procedure, we will be glad to take you to the apartment you have been assigned to.

• Is there a restaurant at the relais Rossi Mattei?
  

Available exclusively for our guests can take advantage of a catering service served in the Cottage “la Casina Rossa”, close to the villa Within the park.

• Do you provide a Bed and Breakfast service?
  

not included in the price. In fact our Relais only offers night accommodation. Nevertheless, every lodging unit is equipped with a kitchen.

•  Are the apartments equipped with air-conditioning?
  

No, they are not. In fact, thanks to the position of the farmstead and the very thick stone walls, the internal temperature is quite always the same and stays rather fresh during the summer. At guests' disposal there are fans

•   How far are the nearest supermarket and food shop?
  

The closes supermarket   is just 800 metres from the gate of the villa.

• How is the kitchen like?
  

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a cooker, a kitchen sink, dishwasher, tableware and pots. Most of the apartments have a functioning fireplace, which can be freely used.

• Are linen and sheets included in the price?
  

Yes, both bath linen and bed sheets are included in the price. Linens are regularly changed once a week.

•  Do you carry out the cleaning during the week?
  

The cleaning is carried out on the check-out day, before the arrival of the next guests. (Extra clening service during the week 35,00 € for each app.)

• Is the swimming pool always open?
  

Yes, it is. Upon the respect of common health and hygiene rules, the use of the swimming pool is free, but on the responsibility of each guest.

• What we find in the bathrooms of each apartment upon our arrival?
  

Each bathroom will be (only upon arrival) equipped with toilet paper, hand soap, hair drier, and towels
